Principal Product Specialist (Eastern Time)

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for Zero Trust Browser solutions and product success.
• Lead executive-level meetings to present browser security strategy and workshops.
• Articulate browser-layer security value: threat monitoring, in-browser DLP, PRA.
• Develop technical collateral: POV tests, demos, reference architectures.
• Conduct POVs, evaluations, and initial deployments with customers.
• Troubleshoot customer issues during evaluations and deployments with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, presales, or related roles in infra tech or cybersecurity.
• Deep domain expertise in browser security, Zero Trust, private access, PRA, and web controls.
• Strong understanding of Internet protocols (HTTP, TLS, DNS) and secure access patterns.
• Proven ability to develop technical collateral and support GTM efforts driving sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with technical and executive audiences.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Product, and customer-facing teams.
