Act as liaison between the client's business organization and software delivery teams.
Guide development with SME input to shape business solutions.
Lead requirements sessions and translate needs into user stories and flows.
Manage and prioritize requirements with product management and cross-functional teams.
Define dependencies and integration points across platforms.
Lead UAT and ensure smooth handoff of launched features.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Business or related field, or equivalent.
10+ years as IT Business Analyst or related.
Web and Mobile platforms knowledge and APIs.
Experience with Agile/Scrum.
Experience creating mockups, wireframes, prototypes.
Experience leading requirement meetings during BRD/design sessions.
