Proven track record scaling product delivery systems across teams.
Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives end-to-end.
Hands-on AI prototyping and AI-enabled workflows.
Strong analytics: metrics, dashboards, data-driven decisions.
Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence tooling.
