• Scale service strategy with SaaS products; incubate betas; integrate into service model.
• Strong data literacy; interpret signals; drive decisions; AI-assisted analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• AI fluency in ops/product context; prototype AI tools and automate workflows.
• Service design/blueprinting experience; healthcare/benefits space a plus.
