🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in product marketing or related role (B2B/SaaS).
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing: activation, expansion, retention.
  • Strong storytelling and messaging to drive engagement.
  • Experience creating sales enablement and account materials (playbooks, QBRs).
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with Account Mgmt, Implementation & Product.
  • Data-driven mindset using customer insights and retention metrics.
  • Passion for customer success and growth, expanding platform value.
