- Strong storytelling and messaging to drive engagement.
- Experience creating sales enablement and account materials (playbooks, QBRs).
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with Account Mgmt, Implementation & Product.
- Data-driven mindset using customer insights and retention metrics.
- Passion for customer success and growth, expanding platform value.
