Principal Product Manager - Verification & Activation (Exchange)

📋 Description

• Own the IDV platform from initiation to approval, with multi-vendor routing.
• Combat synthetic fraud with liveness, eID integrations, and ML scoring.
• Own KYC Re-Verification flow for existing users; minimize disruption.
• Oversee Fiat and Crypto deposits/withdrawals; method eligibility and limits.
• Lead activation ladder: from first deposit to first trade and beyond.
• Localisation for new markets and local payment methods; regional requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in Product Management.
• Crypto exchange/fintech with IDV or KYC focus.
• Experience with IDV platforms, payments, or KYC/AML design.
• SQL fluency; analytics with Mixpanel/Amplitude.
• APIs/SDKs and developer tooling delivery.
• Regulatory fluency: FATF, GDPR, SCA; translate rules to UX.
