Principal Product Manager, Platform

📋 Description

• Get ahead of growth; build fault tolerance and capacity buffers.
• Set platform KPIs: SLOs, SLAs, SLIs.
• Own incident management, DR, and business continuity roadmaps.
• Drive observability and telemetry for real-time health.
• Hunt systemic risk with engineering to mitigate growth limits.
• Embed reliability as a first-class product requirement.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years PM experience; 3–5 years in senior/principal roles
• Platform/infrastructure or dev-facing experience at fast-growing consumer tech
• Ability to cut through noise and focus on what matters
• Familiar with SLOs/SLAs/SLIs, error budgets, on-call, incidents
• Experience aligning large, matrixed engineering organizations
• Strong written and verbal communication
