• Define and own product strategy for core game systems (accounts, compliance, social).
• Shape the social layer of our games (referral systems, chat, guilds) to form real communities.
• Build strong relationships with leaders across game and partner teams.
• Take on the hardest prioritization calls across conflicting priorities.
• Connect your pod's work to the platform strategy and report progress to senior stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record owning complex products end-to-end with sharp prioritization.
• Experience with consumer-facing services (accounts, identity, or social) at scale.
• Technical depth to engage with engineers on system design and tradeoffs.
• Strong cross-functional instincts; align teams and ship reliably at quality.
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations with competing priorities.
• Clear, confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
