- Translate ambiguous requirements into clear product specs; strong analytical metrics.
- Deep payments industry knowledge: certifications, compliance, integrations.
- Familiarity with telemetry, logging, and operational monitoring tools.
- Technical background: REST APIs, cloud infrastructure, device SDKs.
- Agile/Scrum experience and PM tools (Jira, Confluence).
