  • Proven success delivering ticketing systems and inbox platforms at scale
  • Digital channel integrations (social APIs, messaging, SMS/MMS, video)
  • Ticket lifecycle management and intelligent routing
  • Agent workspace optimization for shared and personal inbox workflows
  • Agile delivery, feature flags, and phased rollouts
