📋 Description

  • Build the intelligence layer powering how Ebury connects with the world.
  • Define and own Marketing Platform vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Design and evolve the data + signals layer for segmentation and attribution.
  • Own MarTech ecosystem with real-time funnel intelligence.
  • Partner across Marketing, Sales, Data, and Product to shape journeys.
  • Create end-to-end funnel visibility from marketing to revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Product, Growth, or MarTech—ideally building platforms.
  • Proven experience shaping or scaling MarTech/lifecycle platforms (HubSpot, Braze, Segment, SFMC, Marketo).
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnels, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, attribution, and data-driven engagement.
  • Comfortable with APIs, data models, events, and analytics; collaborates with engineering.
  • Highly analytical and commercially minded; connects platform capability to business growth.
  • Exceptional collaborator; aligns Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data around shared outcomes.
