📋 Description

  • Define and own Marketing Platform vision and roadmap globally.
  • Design and evolve the data + signals layer for segmentation and attribution.
  • Own MarTech ecosystem (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, identity).
  • Partner across Marketing, Sales, Data, and Product to shape journeys.
  • Create end-to-end funnel visibility from marketing to revenue.
  • Work with Data and Engineering on events, APIs, pipelines, data models.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Product, Growth, or MarTech, building platforms.
  • Proven experience shaping/scaling MarTech lifecycle platforms (HubSpot, Braze, Segment, Salesforce).
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnels, lifecycle marketing, and attribution.
  • Comfortable with APIs, data models, events, analytics; collaborate with eng & data teams.
  • Analytical and commercially minded; connects platform to growth.
  • Systems thinker; able to build globally scalable platforms with architectural rigor.
