🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in Product, Growth, or MarTech, building platforms.
- Proven experience shaping/scaling MarTech lifecycle platforms (HubSpot, Braze, Segment, Salesforce).
- Deep understanding of B2B funnels, lifecycle marketing, and attribution.
- Comfortable with APIs, data models, events, analytics; collaborate with eng & data teams.
- Analytical and commercially minded; connects platform to growth.
- Systems thinker; able to build globally scalable platforms with architectural rigor.
