📋 Description

  • Define and own Marketing Platform vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Design data + signals layer for segmentation, attribution, lifecycle insight.
  • Own MarTech ecosystem (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, identity).
  • Partner across Marketing, Sales, Data, and Product to shape journeys.
  • Create end-to-end funnel visibility from marketing activity to revenue.
  • Work with Data and Engineering on events, APIs, pipelines, and data models for personalization.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Product, Growth, or MarTech; building platforms preferred.
  • Proven experience shaping or scaling MarTech lifecycles (HubSpot, Braze, Segment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Iterable).
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnels, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, attribution.
  • Comfortable with APIs, data models, events, analytics; collaborate with engineering and data teams.
  • Highly analytical and commercially minded; connect platform capability to growth.
  • Exceptional collaborator; align Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data around outcomes.
