📋 Description

  • Define and own the Marketing Platform vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Design and evolve the Marketing Platform data + signals layer.
  • Own MarTech ecosystem (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, identity, eventing).
  • Partner across Marketing, Sales, Data and Product to craft journeys.
  • Create end-to-end funnel visibility linking marketing to onboarding and revenue.
  • Work with Data and Engineering on events, APIs, pipelines, and data models.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Product, Growth, or MarTech, building platforms.
  • Experience scaling MarTech platforms (HubSpot, Braze, Segment, SFMC, Marketo).
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnels, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, attribution.
  • APIs, data models, events, analytics; cross-functional engineering collaboration.
  • Analytical and commercially minded; connect platform to growth.
  • Systems thinker; build globally scalable platforms with architectural rigor.
