🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in Product, Growth, or MarTech, building platforms.
- Experience scaling MarTech platforms (HubSpot, Braze, Segment, SFMC, Marketo).
- Deep understanding of B2B funnels, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, attribution.
- APIs, data models, events, analytics; cross-functional engineering collaboration.
- Analytical and commercially minded; connect platform to growth.
- Systems thinker; build globally scalable platforms with architectural rigor.
