📋 Description

  • Define and own Marketing Platform vision, strategy, and roadmap for global engagement.
  • Design and evolve the data + signals layer for segmentation, orchestration, attribution.
  • Own MarTech ecosystem (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, identity, eventing) across the funnel.
  • Partner across Marketing, Sales, Data and Product to create targeted journeys.
  • Create end-to-end funnel visibility linking marketing to onboarding, activation, and revenue.
  • London hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH per week.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Product, Growth, or Marketing Tech; building platforms.
  • Proven experience shaping or scaling MarTech / lifecycle platforms (HubSpot, Braze, Segment).
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnels, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, attribution.
  • Comfortable with APIs, data models, events, analytics; collaboration with engineering and data teams.
  • Highly analytical and commercially minded; connect platform capability to growth.
  • Exceptional collaborator; align Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data around shared outcomes.
