📋 Description

  • Define and own Marketing Platform vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Design and evolve data + signals layer for segmentation, orchestration, attribution.
  • Own MarTech ecosystem: CRM, marketing automation, analytics, identity, eventing.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Data, Product to turn signals into journeys.
  • Create end-to-end funnel visibility from activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Data and Engineering on events, APIs, pipelines, data models.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Product, Growth, or Marketing Technology.
  • Proven experience shaping MarTech platforms (HubSpot, Braze, Segment, SFMC, Marketo).
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnels, lifecycle marketing, attribution.
  • APIs, data models, events, analytics; collaborate with engineering and data teams.
  • Highly analytical and commercially minded; connect platform capability to growth.
  • Exceptional collaborator; align Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data around outcomes.
