- 10-15+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Proven experience building and scaling complex products based on petabyte-scale datasets.
- Operates at enterprise scale with cross-functional teams.
- Product leader with vision, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery.
- Strong analytical, metrics-driven decision-making.
- Translates ambiguous strategic problems into structured product direction.
- Influences senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial functions.
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity; influence without authority.
- Clear, confident communicator across technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
- Deep customer empathy and translating technical complexity into clear value propositions.
- Demonstrated ethical judgment and integrity in high-stakes, regulated environments.
