📋 Description

• Define and own the long-term Identity product vision and strategy.
• Translate opportunities into priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Simplify Identity space by defining clear use cases with engineering and partners.
• Drive adoption of Identity data at scale across Adyen.
• Partner with downstream product teams to define new Identity data uses that deliver merchant value.
• Assess and improve Identity data quality for advanced applications.
• Create tooling and access points that facilitate Identity adoption.
• Balance speed, reliability, and compliance in product decisions.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Compliance and Regulatory teams to navigate dependencies and obligations.
• Design scalable, auditable, and resilient capabilities in a regulated environment.
• Operate as Identity product authority across Adyen and align cross-functionally without direct authority.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Commercial, Risk and Operations.
• Raise the bar for product clarity, prioritization discipline, and strategic thinking in Identity Integrity Risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience building and scaling complex products based on petabyte-scale datasets.
• Operates at enterprise scale with cross-functional teams.
• Product leader with vision, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong analytical, metrics-driven decision-making.
• Translates ambiguous strategic problems into structured product direction.
• Influences senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial functions.
• Comfortable leading through ambiguity; influence without authority.
• Clear, confident communicator across technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
• Deep customer empathy and translating technical complexity into clear value propositions.
• Demonstrated ethical judgment and integrity in high-stakes, regulated environments.
