📋 Description

• Own end-to-end growth strategy for top-of-funnel on web and mobile.
• Drive SEO-led growth for the web product to boost organic traffic.
• Manage ambiguity and cross-functional interdependencies to succeed.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to scale growth.
• Define objectives, metrics, and guardrails to guide prioritization.
• Run structured experimentation across the funnel to inform strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Availability for coordination hours Mon-Fri 9am-3pm PT.
• 6+ years product management experience.
• Proven growth impact on a consumer product (acquisition/activation/retention).
• Excellent communication across teams, org, users.
• Data-driven decisions using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Experience with UGC platforms, marketplaces, or content-driven products.
• SEO-focused growth with strong organic search understanding.
• BA/BS in Statistics or related field or equivalent practical experience.
