🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in product; 3+ yrs owning activation/retention/expansion at B2B2C SaaS
• Direct customer discovery with qualitative synthesis
• Three findings that changed roadmap or pricing
• Analytical fluency: SQL, Amplitude, Hex; data-driven decisions
• Ability to defend results under pressure
