🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing products
• Experience owning or influencing large product areas across multiple teams/surfaces
• Deep understanding of discovery, search, or personalization systems
• Turn complex systems into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Comfortable leading through influence in cross-functional environments
• Data-driven decision making using experimentation and judgment to guide strategy
