📋 Description

• Own the PDLC as a product; redesign dev experience for AI-native work.
• Partner with CTO and CISO to implement the AI-native vision.
• Define how humans and AI collaborate; set handoffs and guardrails.
• Co-own the dev environment; build an AI-augmented toolchain.
• Lead the AI-native shift; drive adoption across the company.
• Rethink measurements; develop frameworks for AI-driven value.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or organizational change; 5+ years in senior/principal roles.
• Deep AI/LLMs expertise; strong views on AI's role and regulatory landscape.
• Familiar with developer tools and AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude).
• Data-informed approach; instrument metrics, dashboards, and pilots.
• Exceptional cross-functional influencer; sustain momentum across teams.
• Experience at high-growth consumer tech; mobile app experience a plus.
