• Own the product strategy and roadmap for GitLab AI-First CD.
• Define governance and compliance controls for AI-driven CD at scale.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design, and Quality to deliver improvements.
• Engage with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to translate needs into releases.
• Define success metrics and validate ideas with data.
• Represent the CD product area and communicate roadmap clearly.

• Extensive PM exp for complex B2B SaaS and dev platforms with measurable outcomes.
• Founder's mindset: create structure, decide with incomplete info, own outcomes.
• Deep experience with CI/CD systems and deployment tooling at scale.
• Comfortable going deep with Engineering on implementation details and trade-offs.
• Strong understanding of personas across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Highly analytical and data-driven; synthesize feedback and data into insights.
