Principal Product Manager - Consumer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end consumer funding in the MoonPay app (onboarding, funding methods, balances).
• Define and execute a multi-year strategy to make MoonPay the default funding destination for Web3.
• Own consumer funding P&L with accountability for revenue growth and adoption.
• Set metrics: MAUs, average transaction size, ARPU, transactions per user.
• Translate company strategy into a practical funding roadmap balancing near-term and long-term bets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Data to deliver great experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management building/scaling large consumer fintech or Web3 products.
• Proven track record owning high-impact consumer products with revenue, growth, and adoption metrics.
• Experience defining and executing multi-year product strategies in fast-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of onboarding, funding flows, payments, and lifecycle engagement at scale.
• Prior Web3 or crypto product experience preferred; open to exceptional candidates from large-scale fintech.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen; hands-on data, experimentation, and user research.
