Principal Product Manager, AI Governance

📋 Description

• Own AI governance end-to-end: policies, controls, and adoption.
• Define AI governance model: policy controls, RBAC, data handling.
• Partner with engineering, security, and design to deliver the AI control plane.
• Translate customer feedback into problems and prioritized outcomes.
• Set success metrics and use data-driven prioritization.
• Lead with high autonomy; mentor PMs; represent governance in product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive PM experience on complex, technical B2B SaaS products end-to-end.
• Governance/admin or control-plane AI or data platform product experience (policy, access controls, multi-tenant config).
• Deep knowledge of AI product lifecycle and enterprise adoption patterns.
• Enterprise-ready features: admin settings, subscription controls, usage analytics, audit logs.
• Security/compliance knowledge for AI: data residency, model governance, access controls, EU AI Act, NIST RMF.
• Translate complex concepts into clear product requirements and customer value; cross-functional alignment.
