Principal Product Manager, AI & Automation

📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of AI-native enterprise products from 0→1 to 1→N
• Discover and validate new AI use cases (0→1)
• Build AI-native experiences: agents and workflow automation
• Scale proven products into reusable capabilities (1→N)
• Define quality metrics, evaluate AI performance, and drive adoption
• Partner with IT, HR, Finance, and GTM to ensure business impact

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with 2+ years shipping AI/ML products in production
• Track record taking products from idea → MVP → broad adoption
• Experience building AI-powered products with LLMs, agents, or RAG
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and how to apply them to real problems
• Ability to balance speed and quality, knowing when to experiment vs. standardize
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and storytelling skills
