🎯 Requirements

- Strong ML concepts and modern AI systems (LLMs, RAG, tool-calling, memory).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering AI/ML products at scale.
- Ability to define strategy and align senior stakeholders in ambiguity.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
