Principal Product Manager, Advanced Trading

📋 Description

• Define vision and roadmap for trading products across Spot, Margin, Futures, and Options.
• Lead onshore derivatives programs and regulatory launches.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, risk, and ops to ensure regulatory readiness.
• Deliver fast, scalable UX and robust trading experiences across Web and App.
• Own product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Partner with engineering, data, and risk teams on platform integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management for crypto, trading, or financial infra.
• Derivatives expertise (perpetuals/futures/options) and margining.
• Proven track record leading large-scale trading platform transformations.
• Liquidity economics, risk frameworks, and funding knowledge.
• Regulatory-sensitive launches with compliance/legal.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Technical fluency in exchange systems; token economics a plus.
