📋 Description

• Define and own AI platform adoption roadmap across N1, NEXT CX, NCC CX.
• Drive integration of XBert AI Employee and NextIQ into customer workflows.
• Partner with AI, Eng, and Design to embed AI into experiences.
• Own strategy/roadmap for Nextiva's integrations marketplace and partner ecosystem.
• Prioritize integrations by demand, value, revenue, and impact.
• Create scalable integration experiences for SMB to enterprise.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS/platforms.
• Experience building and scaling platform capabilities for diverse customers.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise architectures.
• Own strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and execution for complex initiatives.
• Data-driven decision making balancing customer needs, tech constraints, ROI.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
