• Technical depth: APIs, data models, experimentation, system tradeoffs.
• Analytical excellence: data-driven; metrics and experiments (SQL).
• Executive communication: influence senior stakeholders with narratives.
• Systems mindset: reason across product, tech, ops, compliance, revenue.
