Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define and own strategy, roadmap, and APIs for SMS and RCS.
• Lead messaging platform evolution; launch cross-channel APIs.
• Design intuitive, consistent APIs powering billions of interactions.
• Partner with engineering, design, and GTM to scope, build, and launch APIs.
• Drive experimentation with betas and AB tests for product market fit.
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and reliability gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years (7+ preferred) experience in product management.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into product decisions.
• Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise sales cycles.
• Technical skills in APIs or platform products; reliability, scale, and developer usability.
• Highly collaborative; build cross-functional relationships in remote teams; mentor.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
