📋 Description

• Own strategy and roadmap for a high-priority initiative with revenue impact
• Define the long-term vision while staying close to execution
• Influence and align cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data
• Mentor and elevate PMs around you by example
• Bring commercial rigor to roadmap decisions linking features to outcomes
• Work with platform and infrastructure teams to define required capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with cross-functional ownership
• Experience in workflow automation, orchestration, engagement, or growth loops
• Strong strategic long- and short-term instincts
• Commercial mindset focusing on revenue, retention, and activation
• Proven ability to influence without authority across large orgs
• Player-coach energy to be in the room for hard decisions
