Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define and own the vision and roadmap for customer experience across Pipedrive CRM.
• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases for autonomous agents to boost sales productivity.
• Own the product strategy for Agentic AI experience and platform capabilities.
• Define how agents interact with users, CRM data, and workflows; set boundaries.
• Ensure agentic behavior is understandable, predictable, and safe with guardrails.
• Partner with engineering and AI/ML teams to shape direction and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience at senior IC or principal scope.
• Proven track record owning complex product capabilities and shared platforms.
• Strong understanding of LLM, agentic systems and modern AI architectures.
• Experience working with AI/ML engineers on production systems.
• Comfort defining APIs, SDKs and platform-level product surfaces.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and influence across teams without direct authority.
