Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define the vision and roadmap for customer experience across Pipedrive CRM.
• Identify high-value use cases where autonomous agents boost sales productivity.
• Own the Product Strategy for Pipedrive’s Agentic AI experience.
• Define how agents interact with users, CRM data and workflows, incl. boundaries and human-in-the-loop.
• Ensure agentic behaviour is understandable and trustworthy via guardrails.
• Establish APIs and platform contracts to enable internal teams and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience with senior IC or principal scope.
• Proven experience owning complex product capabilities and shared platforms.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic systems and AI architectures.
• Experience working with AI/ML engineers on production systems.
• Comfortable defining APIs, SDKs and platform level surfaces.
• Excellent product judgement in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
