Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Carry a 3-year product vision and translate it into a rolling 3-week plan.
• Own product-market fit; diagnose why something isn’t landing and fix it.
• Spend 50%+ of time external-facing: design sessions, demos, and exec conversations.
• Prototype AI demos with Claude, Cursor, Replit, and Figma Make.
• Lead a cross-functional pod with an embedded R&D team; align on product direction.
• Define and track product success metrics; communicate progress to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management; 4+ years leading product direction.
• Proven ownership of product-market fit; diagnose, pivot, and deliver.
• Experience building B2B2C enterprise SaaS; balance buyer vs user UX.
• Direct, sustained enterprise exposure with economic buyers.
• AI-native fluency; prototype with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Replit, Figma Make).
• Relentless agency and executive presence; cross-functional leadership.
