🎯 Requirements

- Deep fluency in agentic AI: tool-calling, coding agents, evals, and observability.
- Clear view on coupling deterministic automation and non-deterministic agents.
- Builder posture: code or prompt agents to test ideas and ship prototypes.
- Comfortable with regulated, on-prem and hybrid environments.
