📋 Description

• Lead payer design strategy with Head of product and Eng director.
• Translate regulatory and clinical standards into usable flows.
• Design for providers and payers across the network.
• Plan using Claude.ai and internal AI tools to frame problems.
• Prototype with Claude Code/Cursor and MagicPattern; iterate IA.
• Conduct customer research to validate BAU solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as a product designer in complex, regulated spaces.
• Experience designing operational tools or multi-sided platforms.
• Shipped products balancing user, business, and regulatory needs.
• Polished visual and interaction design.
• Craft is the grammar that makes complex systems usable.
• AI fluent; uses AI tools in workflow.
