🎯 Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proven ability to influence product direction beyond features
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impact at scale and systemic design
- Experience leading design in ambiguous or early-stage spaces
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (essential)
