📋 Description

• Architect design vision for core product experiences across journeys.
• Elevate design quality and craft standards across the Design org.
• Partner with Product, Eng, and Research to shape roadmaps early.
• Lead complex design challenges from 0→1 and 1→n with POV.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems for speed and coherence.
• Mentor senior designers; influence VP-level and exec stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product design in SaaS or consumer apps.
• Portfolio demonstrates craft, systems thinking, across full design spectrum.
• Proven track record leading complex multi-year design initiatives.
• Experience influencing product and engineering direction at senior leadership.
• Strong design systems sensibility; scalable decisions.
• Experience at human-behavior and tech; AI-native patterns; strong comms.
