📋 Description

• Lead design for complex initiatives; unify multi-platform experience.
• Define design system architecture across diverse user needs.

• Partner with Director of Design to mature frameworks, standards, docs.
• Drive research to align insights with holistic experience goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-15 years of product design experience with progression to senior IC.
• Deep expertise in at least two areas (UI/visual design, UX research, design systems, or IA).
• Proven track record leading complex, strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong research skills; design research strategies; synthesize insights across workstreams.
• Design systems expertise: creating or evolving design systems at scale.
• Agile/Scrum experience in iterative, cross-functional teams.
