🎯 Requirements

- Ability to define product vision and influence org-level strategy.
- Experience designing for data-intensive, B2B SaaS, or regulated domains.
- Portfolio showing strength in product thinking, interaction and visuals.
- Proven ability to mentor and influence across design orgs.
