📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end pricing strategy across HHAeXchange’s health tech SaaS portfolio.
  • Design, implement, and optimize usage-based pricing models.
  • Develop scalable pricing frameworks: packaging, tiering, add-ons.
  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis to inform positioning.
  • Translate roadmap changes into monetization for growth.
  • Present pricing strategy to C-suite and build real-time dashboards for visibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
  • 7+ years in pricing strategy, revenue operations, or commercial strategy in HealthCare/SaaS.
  • Owned pricing strategy in a $50M+ ARR SaaS organization.
  • Hands-on experience designing/managing usage-based pricing models.
  • Experience in high-growth PE-backed SaaS environment preferred.
  • Extensive Salesforce expertise: pricing logic, reporting, and deal desk.
