- At least 5 years in a technical pre-sales role in CPaaS or Telecom.
- Solid understanding of the sales cycle and the pre-sales engineer role.
- Solid understanding of voice protocols (VoIP), SIP, and cloud platforms.
- Creativity: problem solver who can collaborate to drive success.
- Engaging storyteller who can explain complex topics to varied audiences.
- Experience coding in backend languages (Java, C#, Node.js, Python) and REST APIs.
