  • At least 5 years in a technical pre-sales role in CPaaS or Telecom.
  • Solid understanding of the sales cycle and the pre-sales engineer role.
  • Solid understanding of voice protocols (VoIP), SIP, and cloud platforms.
  • Creativity: problem solver who can collaborate to drive success.
  • Engaging storyteller who can explain complex topics to varied audiences.
  • Experience coding in backend languages (Java, C#, Node.js, Python) and REST APIs.
