π― Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years in presales engineering or 10+ years in technical product support with customers
- Experience engaging customers and communicating ROI across use cases
- Strong technical proficiency and thought leadership; contributes to team strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence at all levels
- Customer-focused problem solver balancing innovation with customer interests
