🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years in presales engineering or 10+ years in technical product support with customers
  • Experience engaging customers and communicating ROI across use cases
  • Strong technical proficiency and thought leadership; contributes to team strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence at all levels
  • Customer-focused problem solver balancing innovation with customer interests
