- Design, build, and maintain Copilot Studio agents for workflows and automation.
- Develop and manage conversational topics, triggers, actions, and orchestration per standards.
- Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems via Power Platform.
- Enforce governance: environment strategy, Managed Environments, DLP.
- Manage full agent lifecycle: intake to deployment and retirement.
- Ensure security, privacy, and compliance, including identity/data access controls.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with Copilot Studio agent design and lifecycle management.
- Strong ALM, DevOps and modern engineering practices.
- Security/compliance knowledge incl. Entra ID, OAuth2, DLP, Purview.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure OpenAI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 tenant and service readiness.
- Proven Microsoft Power Platform experience: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents.
- Power Platform Center of Excellence governance experience.
- Hands-on with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
