Define KPIs and report ROI to the Chief People Officer.

🎯 Requirements

5-7 years in Management Consulting, People Ops, or Business Transformation.
Led large HR transformations across multiple regions (Nigeria and UK ideal).
Process redesign expert; Six Sigma or Lean certification a plus.
Influencing power to guide C-suite and cross-functional teams with diplomacy.
