🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years HRBP/PSP in high-growth SaaS, supporting Sales & Marketing.
• Sales fluency: classic sales mechanics, accelerators, and scorecards.
• AI builder mindset: adopt AI to scale and use data to close gaps.
• Proven success leading big initiatives (Big Rock).
• Combine quantitative trends with qualitative leadership coaching.
• Communicate with influence in matrix structures; tell hard truths to senior leaders.
