Principal People Strategy & Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional initiatives aligning with People Team goals.
• Define problems, structure initiatives, and analyze data.
• Own end-to-end planning and governance of strategic programs.
• Manage ambiguity; adapt plans and guide teams to outcomes.
• Develop operating cadences and governance for quarterly planning and reviews.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders across Finance, Tech, and Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management.
• Strong organizational skills: time management and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven cross-functional relationship building and stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinking with data driven decision making.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects end to end.
