🎯 Requirements

10+ years HR/People in GTM at high-growth B2B SaaS.
Expertise in Sales/CS comp design, quotas, OTE, incentives.
Evolve GTM orgs: AE, SDR, CSM, RevOps.
Strong program/project management with budgets and stakeholders.
International HR experience; US + multi-country; Ireland a plus.
AI-forward mindset; use of AI for analytics and automation.
