  • Proactively prospect, qualify and develop a sales pipeline through SI Partners
  • Work with Sales to close business to meet monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives
  • Recruit and build strong partner relationships, driving growth opportunities
  • Own, on behalf of VP - Area Sales, all things partner related
  • Manage Partners at an Area level and loop back to Global team
  • Interlock with Global Pillar teams for backup and support

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • BA/BS required
  • 8+ years field quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced market with a focus on new business
  • 8+ years quota-carrying experience generating pipeline and selling through SI Partners in a heavy sales matrix model
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Familiarity with databases, DevOps and open source technology a plus
