  • Develop and execute Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SI partner strategy in Australia.
  • Recruit and grow partner relationships to create growth opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and qualify a sales pipeline through Cloud, Local/Global SIs and ISVs.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to close business and meet bookings targets.
  • Lead engagement of Cloud and SI partners to boost their sales, pre-sales and delivery.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline and deal progression.
  • Participate in sales enablement trainings and leadership programs.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 12+ years quota-carrying experience selling through Cloud partners, SIs, and ISVs.
  • Aligned with MongoDB leadership principles and values.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
  • Track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
  • Skills in building business champions and running a complex sales process.
  • Drive and competitive nature; strong desire to be successful.
