- 12+ years quota-carrying experience selling through Cloud partners, SIs, and ISVs.
- Aligned with MongoDB leadership principles and values.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- Skills in building business champions and running a complex sales process.
- Drive and competitive nature; strong desire to be successful.
